The Lancet Medical Journal published the results of a three year global investigation into the current treatments for low back pain and published their findings in early 2018. Their conclusion was that the methods of treating are flawed: they are not working.
This research paper [below] shows how the Psoas Major Muscle exerts huge compression and sheer forces on our low spine resulting in crumpling and severely shearing the lumbar spine.
