Headache Pain Starts in the Pelvis!
Headaches predominantly are caused from bad postural alignment of the spine.
The spine forces the neck and head into a forward position, moving the centre of gravity forward – the Psoas muscles that sit in our low spine and pelvic area are responsible for changing our spinal alignment and this change, then changes the upper spine. This is why I say that headache pain starts in the pelvis.
This research paper [below] shows how the Psoas Major Muscle exerts huge compression and sheer forces on our low spine resulting in crumpling and severely shearing the lumbar spine.

The Upper Spine Is Bent Forward Bringing Our Head With It
The result is that this forward head position creates a need for the muscles in the back of our neck to have to work very hard to hold our head up.
This constant repetitive need on these muscles means they are working overtime to try and correct the forward pull from gravity.
Therefore, headaches are a secondary cause brought about by our postural muscles (the Psoas muscles) being tight and forcing us to have an inward curve in our low spine – resulting in an outward curve further up the spine.
Repetitive Headaches Are An Indication That Your Posture Is Not Good.
Here at Posturepro we specialize in Reversing Poor Postural Alignment.
Poor posture is not corrected by pulling your shoulders back or wearing a posture brace.
Posture can only be corrected by treating and reversing the structure that causes bad posture. That is what we do here at our clinic.
Check out the Video Link below, it shows how the Psoas Muscles affect our spine and posture.
So to resolve headache and neck pain, come and see us and have your posture changed first to achieve the best results.
